"Assembly required" They come with a small peice of chrome foil for the center of the lightbar. They are clear resin and need to be painted some sanding may need to be done because of mold flashing. Look at pictures for description: The painted one is to show you how they will look when done. They are made to replace the lights on the new 1974 Rosco police cars and will set right on the lightbar stand that comes with the car. I will also include a set of clear headlights if you are converting a Prospect Police car just send me and email with the order if you want them as well.
